Foundry die casting or gravity casting.
CHARACTERISTICS :
Designed to be installed upstream of casting machines. Functions with gas and electricity. The fact that there is a permanent gas pilot burner even during electrical operation allows the creation of a neutral atmosphere in the furnace and eliminates the production of corundum. The use of gas also allows the rapid increase in metal temperature contrary to a purely electric furnace. Use of gas also reduces energy costs.
CAPACITIES :
1800 kg - 3000 kg of aluminium alloys.
