Material and various processes allowing the production of aluminium in ingot, half-sphere, mini sphere, pyramid, ingotin, shot drops.

CHARACTERISTICS :
Intended to be installed downstream of a holding furnace or filter box. Two systems of automatic casting: 6 nozzle trough or casting wheel. Automatic release from mould.

CAPACITIES :
Ingots of 6-8 kg => production 2000 - 10000 kg/hour.
Half-sphere 250 G => production 1000 - 5000 kg/hour.
Half-sphere 50 G => production 900 - 1800 kg/hour.

OPERATING APPLICATIONS :
Can be managed automatically for a feed:

• By gravity with automatic or manual regulation.
• By gravity and constant level trough.
• By a tilting furnace.
• By one filter box.
• By an automatic ladle.
