APPLICATION :
Alloy producer, scrap recycler, foundry.
Various equipment processes available allowing the drying, removal of free iron, sorting and storing of chips and turnings.
Can be used to destroy resins contained in foundry sands.

CHARACTERISTICS :
Equipment intended for the elimination of cutting oils and moisture from products such as turnings, chips or frag.
Can be considered for continuous operation as a system for preheating furnace charges.

CAPACITIES :
1000 - 4000 kg per hour depending of feed stock and moisture content. Exit temperature : 150 to 250 °C.

OPERATING APPLICATIONS :
Can be run in automatic to supply :

• Hoppers for rotary furnace.
• Melting crucibles CF 1500.
• Holding furnaces with an external well.

A post combustion chamber is required.
